Brown County Taxpayers Association Issues the Following Statement

“The decision of the Court of Appeals today confirms the importance of the legal issues raised in this case.  Brown County should not be permitted to circumvent the clear requirements of state law.”

and awareness to issues that affect tax policy or impose regulatory burdens.
